Getting started
What is My Mem?
My Mem is a private visual library for the links, photos, screenshots, notes, voice recordings, recipes, products, articles, documents, and places you want to find again.
What can I save?
Save links, webpages, social posts, photos, screenshots, written notes, voice memories, PDFs, documents, and supported Apple Notes exports. You can add something inside My Mem or share it from another app.
How do I save something from another app?
Tap Share or Share Via in any supported app, then choose My Mem. If My Mem is not visible, scroll through the app row and tap More to find it. The shared item will be waiting in My Mem even if the app was not already open.
Can My Mem make my screenshots searchable?
Yes. Choose one or several screenshots from Photos. My Mem reads the visible text, creates useful details, and includes the result in search so you can find the screenshot by what it contains.
Can I record a voice memo?
Yes. My Mem saves the original audio locally and creates a searchable transcription. Microphone and speech-recognition permission are requested only when you use voice recording.
Can I import Apple Notes, PDFs, and other documents?
Yes. Use Add → Import Apple Notes for exported Markdown, text, HTML, RTF, RTFD, PDF, ZIP files, or folders. My Mem can preserve supported dates, folders, tags, and attachments. You can also share supported notes and files directly to My Mem.
Finding and organizing memories
How does search work?
Search uses the title, summary, extracted text, transcription, tags, and other useful details stored with each memory. You can search by the words you remember instead of remembering where the original item came from.
What is the difference between a list and a collection?
A list holds related memories, such as recipes to try or places to visit. A collection groups related lists. Moving or removing a list from a collection does not delete the list or its memories.
Does My Mem keep the original source?
When a memory comes from a link, shared app, note, or imported file, My Mem keeps the available source information so you can understand where it came from and return to it when possible.
Privacy, AI, and sync
Do I need a My Mem account?
No separate My Mem account is required. Your library is stored on your iPhone by default. Optional iCloud sync uses the Apple Account already signed in on your device.
Is iCloud sync required?
No. You can keep My Mem local to one device. If you enable iCloud sync, your memories use your private CloudKit database so they can stay available across your supported Apple devices.
Does My Mem use AI?
Optional AI processing can create titles, summaries, categories, tags, and searchable details. You can turn off Cloud AI processing at any time or use Local-only mode.
Does My Mem sell my information or use my memories for advertising?
No. My Mem does not sell your memory content and does not use it to build advertising profiles. Read the Privacy Policy for complete details about storage, optional services, and data handling.
Subscription and billing
How much is My Mem?
My Mem Yearly is planned at $9.99 per year in the United States. Apple shows the final localized price in the App Store before you confirm a purchase.
How does the free trial work?
Eligible new subscribers receive one month free. After the trial, the subscription renews at the yearly price unless canceled before renewal. Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility for each Apple Account.
How do I cancel?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose My Mem, and cancel. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues through the end of the current paid period.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open My Mem, go to Settings → My Mem Yearly, and tap Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase.
Can I subscribe on this website?
No. My Mem subscriptions are purchased and managed only inside the iPhone app through Apple. This website does not collect payment information.
Your data and support
Can I export my data?
Yes. My Mem Settings can prepare a portable JSON export containing your memories, lists, collections, and related library information.
Can I delete a memory or all of my data?
Yes. Delete individual memories whenever you want, or use Delete all data in Settings. When iCloud sync is enabled, deletions are also sent to iCloud and your other synced devices.
Which iPhone versions are supported?
My Mem requires iOS 17 or newer.
What should I do if something is not working?
