Trial and renewal
Eligible new subscribers receive a one-month free trial. When the trial ends, Apple charges $9.99 for one year unless the subscription is canceled before renewal. A one-month trial follows calendar dates and may contain 28 to 31 days.
The subscription automatically renews each year. Your Apple Account is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Apple confirms the exact localized price and trial eligibility before purchase.
Manage, cancel, or restore
Purchases are made only inside My Mem through Apple. There is no web checkout.
- Manage or cancel from iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → My Mem.
- Restore from My Mem → Settings → My Mem Yearly → Restore purchases.
- Cancellation stops the next renewal. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.
